ASTM D882 Tensile Test Specimens

Plastic tensile test specimens used in ASTM D882 (Tensile Properties of Thin Plastic Sheeting). This method is used to test plastic sheet or film that is less than 0.04" thick. The exact size of the test specimens can vary depending on the material and test apparatus used. The test method recommends a test strip that is ten inches long.
ASTM D882 supersedes FTM 1013.
