ASTM F2109 Aircraft Interior Test Specimens

Metallic and nonmetallic test specimens used in ASTM F2109 (Determine Color Change and Staining Caused by Aircraft Maintenance Chemicals upon Aircraft Cabin Interior Hard Surfaces). Each specimen is 200 mm x 200 mm (8" x 8"). This test uses test specimens made from a variety of different materials, including 7075-T6 clad aluminum, Tedlar (PVF) and vinyl-covered surfaces, leather, and Naugahyde (artificial leather). Metaspec provides unpainted 7075-T6 clad aluminum specimens for this test. Other specimen materials are available on request.
