ASTM F735 Abrasion Test Specimens

Plastic test specimens used in ASTM F735 (Abrasion Resistance of Transparent Plastics and Coatings Using the Oscillating Sand Method). These transparent plastics or transparent coatings are used in windows or viewing ports. The test specimens are 4" x 4" (100 mm x 100 mm) and are made from transparent plastic. The exact type of plastic used depends on the coating that's being tested, which may vary by project. Glass specimens may also be used, depending on the project requirements. Customized test specimens are available on request.
