ASTM G65 Abrasion Test Specimens

Metal test specimens used in ASTM G65 (Measuring Abrasion Using the Dry Sand/Rubber Wheel Apparatus). This test method allows abrasion testing of different materials, including wrought metals, castings, forgings, and so forth. The material type will determine the overall size of the test specimen to some extent. The typical test specimen is 1" x 3" x 1/8" - 1/4".
