C260 Brass Test Panels

Metaspec makes test panels, coupons, catalysts, and specimens from C260 brass (UNS C26000). This alloy is also known as yellow brass, cartridge brass, or 70/30 brass (for its copper/zinc alloy). C260 brass is used in many applications, including automotive engines, electrical components, and fittings and fasteners. C260 brass is often used in corrosion testing to measure performance and material compatibility with different products. Customized test panels are available on request.
