MIL-R-81294 §4.6.6 Aluminum Test Panels

Aluminum test panels used in military specification MIL-R-81294 §4.6.6 (Paint Stripping Efficiency Test). These panels are 5" x 16" x 0.02" and are made from 2024-T3 Clad Aluminum. The test panels are cleaned and deburred, but not polished or painted. MIL-R-81294 §4.6.6 calls for polishing the test panels in the laboratory immediately before the test procedure begins.
