SAE AMS-C-26074 §4.5.5 Corrosion Test Specimens

Separate corrosion test specimens used in quality testing by SAE AMS-C-26074 (Electroless Nickel Coatings). These separate test specimens (or test strips) are used in coating quality testing when the coated parts are of a shape, size, or form that doesn't allow testing SAE AMS-C-26074 §4.5.5 (ASTM B117). Each specimen is 4" x 6" x 0.040". The test specimens are made from the same metal as the plated parts.
