SAE AMS-QQ-P-416 Adhesion Test Specimens

Separate adhesion test specimens in compliance with SAE AMS-QQ-P-416 (Aerospace Material Specification for electrodeposited cadmium plating). The adhesion test is part of quality production control; when the adhesion test can't be performed on the plated parts, then separate specimens are used. These separate specimens are 1" x 4" x 0.04". The specimen material should be the same as the comparable cadmium-plated parts. Customized test specimens are available on request.
