USDA WFC STP 5.1 Uniform Corrosion Test Coupons

Metal test coupons used in USDA Forest Service Wildland Fire Chemicals (WFC) Standard Test Procedure Section 5.1 (Uniform Corrosion Test). These coupons are made from 2024-T3 aluminum, 4130 steel, C260 yellow brass, and AZ31B magnesium. Each coupon is 1" x 4 " x 1/8" with a 1/8"-1/4" hanging hole. 
These test specimens are also used in USDA WFC STP 5.2 (Intergranular Corrosion Tests); the intergranular corrosion tests are performed after the uniform corrosion test.
